'These works are the culmination of an intense period of drawing and painting, and are all based upon a general theme of Landscape, or more specifically, the local coastlines around Hastings and towards Rye, in East Sussex, where I now live. I am interested in the intervention of the sea with the shoreline, and in particular how the local architecture and general marine apparatus has become weathered and eroded by the coastline climate. April 2006: Anita Klein and Michele Wright

We were pleased to host an exhibition of Anita's fabulous drypoints and for a chance to meet her partner Nige in the flesh after seeing his image in Anita's work for many years. The Private View turned out to be one of the most enjoyable we have had so far. Catalogue available at £5.00 plus postage.

We showcased a collection of Michelle Wright's collagraphs which proved to be very popular with our customers. The gallery helped to launch the nationally acclaimed book 'Once in a Blue Moon' - a beautiful tale by Angela Stoner fully illustrated by Michelle.
